Thank you for considering submitting your content to us. To ensure that we can use your content on our social media channels both on and off-line, we require your agreement to the following terms and conditions:
By submitting your content to us, you are granting us a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display and create derivative works from your content, in any format or medium now known or later developed, for any purpose related to our business, including promotional and marketing purposes.
You warrant that you are the sole owner of your content or have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from the owner(s) of the content to grant us the rights outlined in these terms and conditions. You further warrant that your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights.
You agree that you will not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise illegal. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our sole discretion.
You warrant that you have not submitted the content to any other third party, and that you have not licensed, assigned, or otherwise transferred any rights in your content that would conflict with the license granted to us under these terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that we may edit, modify or adapt your content to suit our needs, and that you will not be entitled to any compensation or credit for such modifications.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable court fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these terms and conditions or any violation of any law or third-party right by you.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales., and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
By submitting your content to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
